Provides information and assistance to caregivers of any age who are caring for someone age 60 or older. Services include needs assessment and assistance in accessing services needed by either the caregiver or the older person to relieve the stress and physical/financial burden of caregiving. Training and support is provided to the caregiver through caregiver support groups as well as printed materials, videos, and Internet access in the Caregiver Resource Room.
Provides supportive services to unpaid caregivers and relatives raising children. These services promote healthier aging and seek to prevent long-term care placement of older adults. Services offered include: - Information about legal rights. - Supplemental services to complement caregiver services. - Assistance and information about gaining access to community resources. - Support groups, education, and counseling for caregivers. - Respite care for the caregiver.

A support group for persons with dementia and their caregivers. Caregivers participate in support group and receive education on caring for persons with dementia. Persons with dementia can participate in calm activities, listen to music, and enjoy refreshments.

Offers family caregivers - those who provide in-home care to an older individual or grandparents raising their grandchildren - the opportunity to acquire knowledge and skills that address their care giving roles through personalized in-home instruction or formally structured group workshops.
Provides caregivers of older adults the assistance they need to be successful. This includes informing caregivers about services available and how to obtain access to those services, legal assistance in helping make decisions, and respite care to enable caregivers to be temporarily relieved from their caregiving responsibilities.
