Hanul Home Care services are an alternative to inhabiting a long-term living facility and allow you or your loved ones to remain in your home. This program helps older adults with household tasks, meal planning and preparation, bathing, laundry, cleaning, dusting, shopping, and health management. Hanul provides services through the Community Care Program (CCP) to eligible seniors along with having private pay services available.

Polish American Association (PAA) helps many eligible elderly receive support and assistance with the activities of daily living, allowing them to live at home rather than residing in a nursing home. Homemakers provide indispensable, in-home, personal care services, which include meal preparation, assistance with grooming and bathing, cleaning, shopping, laundry, and other general non-medical support. This program is funded by the Illinois Department on Aging.
Premier Home Health Care Services, Inc. offers home health care services including personal care assistance, homemaker/companion services, 24/hour live-in services, dementia care, hospice care, and respite care.

- Home Health Aide: Provides individuals an opportunity to maintain safety and independence in their home environments, delaying or preventing the need for transitions into a higher level of care such as a skilled nursing facility.

- Parenting Support: Offers home visits, educational opportunities, and community referrals so parents are empowered to maintain self-sufficient, healthy, and happy families.

- Shelter Nursing: Nurses visit homeless clients at shelters, crisis centers, and through outreach on the streets. Provides health screening, assessment, and referrals with the intent to ensure individuals and families residing in shelters have access to comprehensive health, community, educational and social services.

- Flu and Immunization Program: Provides immunizations clinics in the community, corporate sites, senior living centers, and drive through in Omaha, Lincoln, Council Bluffs, and surrounding communities.

- School Health: Provides health screening and assessment, referral, and follow-up; immunization compliance; physical and vision exam compliance (kindergarten, seventh grade, and new students); development of student health and emergency plans; communicable disease control; handling of sudden illness and injury; training of first responder teams and those giving medications; and health policy development.

Provides free house cleaning services for women who are undergoing treatment for cancer. Each patient receives two free home cleanings (one cleaning a month for two months).
Offers public health emergency preparedness, Alert Iowa notification, community health navigation services, oral health screenings, disease surveillance and investigation, health education, homemaker services, immunizations, lead poisoning prevention screenings and assessment, maternal health education, tobacco use prevention and control, blood pressure checks and tuberculosis screenings.
