A Safe Haven offers both in-person and Tele Behavioral Healthcare Services provided by psychologists, substance abuse treatment professionals, and counselors. A Safe Haven's residents in need of custom-designed mental health, substance use, and alcohol treatment, as well as individual and group recovery education, programs, and meetings, are provided with a full range of treatment and recovery options based on a 12-step model.

The Chicago Department of Public Health (CDPH) provides clinical mental health services in 5 CDPH-operated clinics throughout the City of Chicago. A variety of services are available including comprehensive mental health assessments, individualized treatment planning, crisis intervention, medication monitoring, and psychosocial rehabilitation. Telepsychiatry is also available in all the clinics so you can see your psychiatrist from the same location you already see your therapist.
