Caregiver support line for caregivers of veterans; licensed clinical social workers are available to answer questions, listen to concerns and directly link callers to the Caregiver Support Coordinator at their local VA Medical Center, Each VA Medical Center has a caregiver support coordinator.

Provides Medicaid and Medicare-certified low cost clinics offering "one stop shop" for general health care needs.

Offers free hair replacement for children who have experienced hair loss due to cancer, alopecia, and other medical conditions.

Accepts hair donation; offers stylists that provide services free of charge for hair donors.

Provides a disability assistance program. Services include spring cleaning and snow shoveling for individuals with disabilities or older adults. 

Provides nutritious lunches in a friendly, inclusive environment. Each meal includes a balanced combination of protein, vegetables, fruit, grain, and milk.

Menus are carefully designed and approved by a registered dietitian to ensure they meet 1/3 of the daily recommended intake of essential nutrients.

Some locations offer hot meal pick-up and/or delivery.  (Varies by location; see description of hours for details.)

Employment agency for job seekers with developmental disabilities.

Career planning, job placement, and ongoing support and consultation to employee and employer.

Provides community based day services, residential supports, and respite services.

Diversity training to employers on working with people experiencing developmental disabilities.

Provides recreational activities for all ages. Programs include aquatics, Adventure Guide Programs, youth development, active older adult programs, and healthy living.

Provides comprehensive classroom and home-based services to pregnant women and children birth to age five, including children with significant special needs.

CEFS Outreach offices do not serve the program; the program provides services from their own classroom/office locations. (See the notes in Coverage Area for more details.)

Provides food to those in need. Must call by Tuesday to put name on the list to visit the pantry for assistance.

- Elder abuse, including financial exploitation.

- Guardianship of adults to ensure health care.

- Nursing home and home care issues.

- Powers of attorney and other advance directives.

- SSI and social security denials, cessations, terminations, overpayments, and garnishments.

Drive up food pantry. Provides a pre-packed box of non-perishable items that may be supplemented with some perishable and frozen food.

Provides support services to special needs individuals of all ages and their loved ones. Services include a day program for adults, respite care, support groups for parents/caregivers and siblings, family events, mobile sensory tent, and a sensory friendly business program.
