Provides services to help individuals with disabilities find and keep a job, services include: job placement, job skills training, and supported employment.

Helps youth and young adults obtain full time sustainable employment at livable wages. In this process, if training/schooling is needed to reach this goal, the program can assist with tuition for schooling and job placement. Provides supportive services such as transportation, childcare assistance, and required materials for schooling.

Other services offered include placement in Paid Work Experience (temporary work up to 350 hours) and  On-The-Job training employer subsidy program (permanent full-time work).

Offers financial management course developed for families in low-income situations. Clients receive support with basic, technical financial management skills, financial practices and systems.

Provides comprehensive services for families in need. Services include intake assessment, information about community resources, case management, outreach, food stamp application assistance, housing education, emergency food and shelter help.

Head Start is an educational program to help prepare children for transition into kindergarten and provides health screenings and nutrients. Transportation is available at most locations. Early Head Start is specific to meet the developmental needs of infants and toddlers. Offers home-based options with a weekly visit from a teacher in the family's home along with two special days a month for activities with other families.

Offers a collection of over 18,000 books, movies, and audiobooks. Provides free WIFI access, public computers/printing, and other services. Member of the Illinois Heartland Library System.

Provides Behavioral Health and Treatment Services including evaluation and treatment assessment, outpatient counseling, and group therapy. Also provides Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT).

Provides a wide range of health care and support services that enable individuals, from newborns to the elderly to receive care at home. Services include:

- Rehabilitation Therapy.

- Social Services.

- Home Health Aides.

Offers supportive care. Patients may receive visits or phone calls from a nurse practitioner, a nurse, or a social worker. Supportive care offers visits at FHN offices and at FHN Memorial Hospital, in long-term care facilities, and in the home for those unable to travel to the clinic due to physical disabilities or distressing symptoms.

Behavioral health programs for youth provide care primarily for mental health disorders and co-occurring substance use disorders. Outpatient services include individual, group, and family therapy; psychiatric services and medication management; partial hospitalization programs (PHP); and community-based services in schools and courts.

Offers family therapy tailored to the unique needs of clients and their loved ones.

Provides staff to help individuals determine their eligibility and assist their applications for the programs that the pharmaceutical companies have for the uninsured/under-insured. Also offers additional assistance with immediate medication costs/co-pays, depending on the situation.

Offers to help children in grades 4-12 develop knowledge and skills. Services include learning about citizenship, leadership, cooking, arts and crafts, mechanics and technology, horticulture, agriculture, and other subjects. To teach young people about these subjects, the 4-H program uses the learn-by-doing method of instruction.

Provides the facilitation of investigations of child sexual and physical abuse. Provides a safe, child friendly place for children and their families to meet with a specially trained interviewer and advocate who provide referrals for specialized medical exams, counseling services, and any other resources necessary. Assists children and families throughout law enforcement and DCFS investigations. Also provides child abuse prevention and body safety resources for families.

Provides DUI assessment and evaluation, available when referred. Remedial Alcohol/Drug classes and counseling services are also provided.

Offers a Substance Abuse Program which helps those affected by alcohol or drug abuse learn new ways to cope with life while overcoming their addiction. Alcohol/drug assessments are available to determine the severity of the abuse.

Provides counseling services and support groups which are available for the family and friends of individuals that are affected by alcohol or drug abuse to aid them in coping with stress and day-to-day problems inherent in being involved with a person suffering from addiction.

Provides adolescent school-based services, which offer individual, group counseling, and crisis intervention to adolescent drug and alcohol users.

Provides free one-on-one reading and math tutoring for adults. Participants work with a tutor to strengthen academic skills and prepare for GED testing, placement exams, educational courses, job training programs, professional certifications, and employment opportunities, including careers in healthcare and skilled trades.

Provides food to those in need in the Adams, Brown, Pike and Schuyler County communities. These pantries are drop in only and can be accessed during the open hours listed. 

Offers a home hospice program for patients and families throughout central Illinois. A coordinated care team visits individuals and their families in their own home. "Home" can be anywhere an individual calls home - house, apartment, nursing or retirement facility. The goal is to keep patients in familiar surroundings and close to loved ones for as long as possible.
